How the Lord answers prayers

Our church had a revival meeting all week, preached by Br. Jeff Ledbetter of Trulite Baptist Church.  What a blessing it was!  I went into this week with several prayer requests on my heart and God answered every one of them!  Every one!  I'd like to share a couple of them, starting with the best thing that could happen to any mama that loves the Lord and her children....

Last night the Lord touched the heart of our youngest daughter with conviction of the Holy Ghost and repentance unto salvation and she was gloriously born again!  You'd just have to know 3g9. For her to go racing to the altar weeping is a good indication that something big is going on inside!  I was already down there praying with someone else when she slid in between us and said "mama, I need to get saved!"  Praise the Lord and welcome to the family of God my sister/daughter!

I have no greater joy than to hear that my children walk in truth.
(3Jn 1:4)

And you know what, nothing else I have to say can top that one so I'll save it for another day :)  Rejoice with me ladies. There is a new name in glory!

PRAISE THE LORD!!! Since God hears you pray, pray for mine, too! :) They all have a profession, but...God knows. What a blessing, Karen. I'm thrilled for your daughter and for your whole family!

This is SO wonderful. Praise the Lord!!! I long for the day to be able to tell folks that my son has come to know the Lord as Saviour. This encourages me that the Lord still answers prayers of a mama's heart.

Thank you for sharing about your daughter.

Amen and Amen! Have been praying for her. No greater joy than to know all your children are saved.

I have no greater joy than to hear that my children walk in truth.

This verse is so true whether your children are young or all grown.

Praise the Lord for His blessings to you.

Praise the Lovely Name of Jesus. A sinner has come home. It is really special when it is a child. God is still in the prayer answering business.

Praise the Lord. Preacher Coffey called as soon as the service was over and told my husband. This is wondeful news! Good to hear that all of your request were answered. God is still interested in His people.
